New Project: The BapCast Network
please accept our dandavat pranams,
We have launched a new website: http://www.bapcast.org.
This is a podcasting site featuring Audio recordings of our Guru Maharaja, Swami B.A. Paramadvaiti.
For those who never heard about the term "podcasting". It means that if you are subscribed to this service (which is free of cost), you will automatically receive all new Audio recordings to your computer or directly to your MP3 player, whenever we make new content available. You will not have to visit our web-site and search for Audio files (optionally the files can be manually downloaded from the website).
A podcasting client software is required which is available for all platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, Pocket PC and Smartphones). Look at Google.com for "podcasting client software", or visit www.ipodder.org.
For PC or Mac we recommend the new version of iTunes (4.9). Download from: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
To subscribe to our podcast use the following address: http://www.bapcast.org/rss.xml
You can drag this address to your iTunes window (or other podcast subscription program). In iTunes you can also subscribe by going to Advanced/Subscribe to Podcast... (in the menue)
Our goal is to have this web-site also in German and Spanish, so wherever our Guru Maharaja is traveling and lecturing, it can be uploaded on a server and it will automatically be available to all devotees who subscribe to this service (Users will be able to subscribe to their preferred language)
The web-site will also become an Archive of all Audio recordings by Swami B.A. Paramadvaiti.
All our Godbrothers and devotees who are hosting Swami B.A. Paramadvaiti, and are recording his classes, or have older recordings can participate. For more information contact: email@example.com
